What you'll do

• You'll be the face of, and the authority on, ski boots and skis in our store.

• You'll do high-level bootfitting yourself and have completed training and/or earned certifications in it.

• You'll lead and guide the store team on skis and bootfitting, and set the standard for advice and fitting services together with the store team lead.

• You'll train young, enthusiastic colleagues to become true specialists.

• You'll work closely with our ski category team on assortment, brands, trends and customer feedback from the shop floor.

• You'll help shape the further development of our store(s). Our ambition is to grow into a large store in the Netherlands and a store outside the Netherlands (within 3–5 years).

Who you are

• You have years of experience as a bootfitter and ski specialist, ideally in a specialist ski shop or in the Alps.

• You're a strong, versatile skier yourself. You know the piste, but you're just as at home off-piste and in the touring segment.

• You have proven knowledge of gear.

• You get satisfaction from training others and naturally take the lead.

• You're customer-focused and would rather deliver a perfect fit than a quick sale.
